The privacy statement applies to Kisteria Ventures (org.number: 915 425 526) and its marketing company Job2do ( org.number: 915 449 166)  it explains why we collect information about you, how we use this information and how we take into account your privacy.

It is the general manager who is responsible for the treatment in accordance with the law’s rules. The Data Inspectorate supervises compliance with the law.

In order to deliver as good services as possible, we rely on collecting various types of information, including personal information about you. Below is an overview of how we typically collect personal information and what information this typically is. We do not collect sensitive information unless special agreements are available. This information is then processed in accordance with the Rules for the Treatment of Sensitive Information in the Personal Data Act.

When you become a customer with us, we need some personal information to provide the service you purchase. Therefore, you must accept that these are kept in the time that you are a customer in order for us to fulfill the purchase agreement you have as a customer.

 

  1. Documentation of delivered product

 

This entails dates for completed education sessions, which are used both for accounting at the company and to have an overview of how many hours you have served as a customer. If you agree that a summary of the sessions is written, this will also be stored as documentation for a fulfilled purchase agreement.

We store the information we are required to store in connection with employment. This is used for, among other things, payment of wages, reporting to the Tax Administration and entering into employment contracts. Google Analytics

_ga is used to distinguish users, the cookie is set the first time a user visits the site and has a lifespan of up to two years.

_gat is used to limit traffic to Google Analytics, the cookie has a duration of 10 minutes.

_Gali is used by Google Analytics to determine which links users click (if there are more like).

_dc_gtm_UA-XXXXXXXX-X Set by Google Analytics to keep track of how many times a user visits the site, how the user came to the site and the country in which the user is located. The cookie also calculates a closing time for the visit.

 

_gac_ <area-ID> contains campaign-related information about the user. If Google Analytics and Google Adwords are linked, Adwords will read this cookie unless the user has opted out.

 

Hotjar

_hjClosedSurveyInvites are set to tell if a user has answered yes or no on an invitation to a survey. This is done in order not to get the same survey several times.

_hjDonePolls are set when a user has completed a “Poll” in order not to retrieve it.

_hjMinimizedPolls This cookie is set if you minimize a “Poll” and are used to ensure that the poll remains minimal during the visit.

_hjDoneTestersWidgets are set to tell Hotjar if a user has responded yes to an invitation to user survey, so that you will not see the invitation again.

_hjMinimizedTestersWidgets tells Hotjar that the user has minimized an invitation to user survey.

_hjDoneSurveys are set after you have completed a survey in order not to retrieve it.

_hjIncludedInSample tells Hotjar if a visit is included in the sample threat used to collect usage pattern data.

Personal Education AS, in some cases, shares personal information with other companies that provide services on our behalf. This is first and foremost to give you a safer and better shopping experience. Here are the most important examples:

For example, web and marketing agencies to run our website and show you targeted marketing as well as create campaigns. These are not allowed to use this personal information for anything other than providing services for Kisteria Ventures and Job2do websites.
